The original steering column surround in the Range Rover Classic was a simple plastic moulding, held in place with tech screws that easily wore out the mounting points over time. The result was a surround that often became loose, cracked, or rattled after being removed and refitted just a few times.
Our billet aluminium replacement takes this component to an entirely new level. Precision-machined from solid aluminium, it retains the classic form but incorporates inbuilt machine threads—allowing it to be properly fastened and securely mounted. This means the surround can be removed and refitted multiple times without the risk of worn-out holes or compromised fitment.
